All maintenance has been performed on schedule as long as i have owned it, and anything besides the oil changes have been done by a ford certified diesel tech. When i bought this truck in 2013 i had a sinister diesel egr delete, coolant filter, new ford oil cooler, and updated stc fitting installed by a ford tech. Due to the egr delete it has an sct tuner with tow, street, and xtreme street tunes to get rid of the cel. Most of the miles i put on the truck were with the tow tune simply because i like the way it shifts better than the street options. This truck has never pulled a 5th wheel or gooseneck, and has only pulled a camper and car hauler from the bumper a few times.
